Building conception for the centre land for commerce will be created as a modern and multiply objects with big-area shops , multicinema, shopping galleries.

The idea of centre building at this area is coming together with as suggestions of president of Przemyśl tending toward city development to the border crossing ( Malhowice). Planned “Cegielnia” centre is located in distance of 3500 meters from Przemyśl city center and 6000 meters from arising new cross border with Ukraine. Euro 2012 championships’ organization by Poland and Ukraine make us sure within right decision as far as location of the shopping centre is concerned. Building cross border in Malhowice seems to be favourable same as city borders’ enlargement and the construction of highway A4.

Commission of Przemyśl reserved grounds to apartments- flats in the direct proximity. This situation was caused mainly by the localization of our centre. City council’s resolution which was undertaken in 26th of April 2007, allowed our area for building large shops. That was kind of acceptance by the city council.

Cegielnia - centre will be designed in a characteristic for European shopping centre’s building style. It will be located in the direct neighborhood of Przemyśl city center, on the crossroad of Lwowska street with south west district of the Przemyśl. The district which links tree streets: Krakowska , Lwowska and Slowackiego street will be build till 2012 –it is the president’s intention. This so constructed communication solution will make the city more affective on the other cities such as : Radymno ( 28km) or Jaroslaw (37 km).

The project and the centre “Cegielnia” building will be accompanied by the investments such as strategic car park for trailers and passenger cars, and by the part of south-east district for Przemyśl. On the one hand it will provide suitable communication for the inhabitants of Krosno on the other hand it will be suitable for neighboring Ukrainian localities or even Lwow.

We grant that our project will be for certain the first and the only one shopping center in this part of Poland and Ukraine. The project is unquestionable attraction because of its size, new architectonic solutions and its function. All centre areas are joined by the inner passages and communication courses joining groups of trading departments. Used finishing materials and the color of the gallery will cause esthetic and visual experience. That will be specific for this place.

4. ports trade hypermarkets
5. furniture trade hypermarkets
6. gallery and pedestrian malls about 23 321 m2

There are 1240 reserved parking spaces for our clients on the main car parking. Additional halting spaces will be available on the public car park including 301 space for passenger cars.

Centre will be perceived as a friendly and available which is entered in surrounding landscape, offering different kind of services . It provides shopping for Przemyśl and neighbours from Ukraine.
